Al Sharpton of accepting millions in illegal payments to endorse Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign. According to Trump, Beyoncé was allegedly paid a staggering $11 million just to make a brief appearance at a rally, offer an endorsement, and leave—without performing—which reportedly led to boos from the crowd.

Trump further claimed Oprah received $3 million and Sharpton $600,000, stating, “They were paid to do absolutely nothing. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.” However, Trump offered no proof to support these allegations, and outlets like Newsweek have labeled the claims as unsubstantiated.

Harris’ campaign swiftly responded, denying all wrongdoing. A spokesperson rejected the viral claim about Beyoncé’s supposed $10 million payout, clarifying that the singer attended a 2024 rally not as an entertainer, but as “a mother who cares deeply about our future.”

Public campaign finance filings also contradict Trump’s assertions. While there’s no record of an $11 million payment to Beyoncé, her company, Parkwood Entertainment, did receive $165,000. Sharpton’s National Action Network was paid $500,000, and Harpo Productions—Oprah’s company—received $1 million, reportedly for producing a livestreamed campaign event.

As of now, the White House has made no moves to investigate, and no federal agencies have confirmed any violations. Trump’s explosive claims continue to fuel online debate, but official records paint a far less scandalous picture.
